Getting help
Where to ask a question, where to report a problem, and how to get an answer quickly.
Before you ask
- Check Troubleshooting and the FAQ.
- If the problem started after an update, going back to a restore point from before it usually fixes it straight away. See Going back.

Ask about SakuraOS problems in the SakuraOS community rather than in Arch Linux's forums. SakuraOS sets up parts of the system differently from Arch, and Arch's community supports Arch only.
What to include
- What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead.
- Whether it started after an update, and roughly when.
- Your hardware, if it could be related: see Logs and bug reports.
- Any error message, copied as text rather than as a photo where possible.
For bugs, attach the relevant log; Logs and bug reports shows how to get it.
Last checked against the SakuraOS release of 3 October 2026. If your system behaves differently from this page, the page is wrong: please report it.
